Resonant Expressions is a practice that honors authentic, embodied self-expression, inviting you to connect with the deep resonance within your body, emotions, and creative process. Through a blend of somatic movement, dance, contemplation, and creative arts, Resonant Expressions unlocks and communicates the richness of your inner world.

Creative SomaDance is a somatic dance experience that blends anatomical awareness, improvisation, and guided movement. Inspired by Mettler-based Creative Dance and BodyMind Dancing™ by Dr. Martha Eddy, it integrates Laban/Bartenieff Studies and Body-Mind Centering® to deepen body awareness, expression, and well-being through solo, partner, and group exploration.
Through playful exploration, structured movement, and group connection, Creative SomaDance fosters creativity, adaptability, and holistic well-being, inviting you to move with greater freedom, presence, and vitality.
Hanna Somatic Education® (HSE)
Hanna Somatic Education® – Group Class
Hanna Somatic Education is a neuromuscular movement education method that helps release chronic muscular tension, improve functional movement, and restore postural balance. Through slow, mindful exercises, this practice retrains the brain to regain voluntary control over tight, habituated muscles—supporting long-term relief from pain and stiffness.

Authentic Embodiment
Authentic Embodiment: A Journey Through Body, Nature, and Art
Authentic Embodiment is a practice that integrates contemplative arts, dharma teachings, eco-somatic work, and mindful movement to cultivate self-awareness and deepen the connection to both the body and the natural environment. This course offers an experiential approach to somatic embodiment, where participants engage in embodied inquiry, presence, and creative expression.
Drawing on methods such as the Tamalpa Life/Art Process, Authentic Movement, Embodied Mindfulness, Focusing, Eutony, and Zen teachings, participants will explore sensory-based practices that foster a deeper relationship between internal experiences and external surroundings. Through movement, breathwork, vocal expression, drawing, writing, and contemplative practices, the course aims to refine the connection to self and environment.
Authentic Embodiment provides a space to slow down and engage with the body’s signals in a mindful and intentional way, encouraging participants to explore the relationship between bodily experience and the natural world. Movement is approached as a meditative practice, nature as an essential context for embodied learning, and art as a tool for integrative reflection.
