What is Focusing?
Focusing is a natural, body-centered process that helps you tap into your inner wisdom and reconnect with your authentic self. Developed by Eugene Gendlin at the University of Chicago in the 1960s, Focusing is a research-backed approach that allows individuals to access their felt sense—the deep, intuitive knowing stored in your soma.
Focusing is widely used for personal, professional, creative, and spiritual growth. It can enhance relationships, support emotional resilience, and bring clarity to life’s challenges. This practice is also effective in easing physical and emotional pain and can be integrated with medical treatments, psychotherapy, or other healing practices.

- Enhance self-awareness and deepen the mind-body connection
- Cultivate inner clarity and emotional balance
