Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE®) is a scientifically grounded practice developed by Dr. David Berceli, designed to help release deep-seated physical and emotional stress through the body’s natural tremor response. By activating the brainstem and autonomic nervous system, TRE promotes the release of tension and resets the nervous system, restoring balance and calm.
